Yes. Live online sessions are recorded and made available for students to revisit.
Submissions & assessments
The first submission is the student’s initial work, which is reviewed by the tutor. The tutor then gives feedback so the student can make improvements before the final submission.
Students are given 5 weeks to complete and submit their first submission.
Students receive feedback from their tutor and then submit the final version directly afterwards.
If you do not manage to submit within 5 weeks, you can still submit your work later, as there is no deadline.
No, there will not be an opportunity to resubmit once your work has been reviewed.

Plagiarism occurs when a student presents another person’s work, ideas, or words as their own without proper acknowledgment. Students are expected to uphold academic integrity at all times.
AI may only be used according to the instructions provided within the programme and assessment guidelines. Students remain responsible for ensuring that submitted work reflects their own understanding and academic integrity.
Complaints
Students should first attempt to resolve issues informally. If unresolved, they may follow the Academy’s formal complaints procedure.
Yes. Complaints are handled professionally and confidentially in accordance with Academy policies.
Attendance & live sessions
Yes. Students are expected to attend all live sessions and maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80% throughout the programme. Failure to meet the attendance requirement may affect progression, eligibility for assessment, or certification.
Yes. Cameras must remain switched on throughout live online sessions to support engagement, participation, and verification of attendance.
If your camera is switched off without prior approval or a valid reason communicated to the lecturer, you may be marked as absent for that session.
Students who have a valid reason (such as technical difficulties, medical reasons, or exceptional circumstances) should inform the lecturer before the lesson or at the start of the session. Such cases will be considered individually.
The camera-on policy helps:
- Promote active participation and engagement.
- Support communication between students and lecturers.
- Enable lecturers to monitor understanding and provide appropriate support.
- Maintain professional standards expected within educational settings.
Students may access recorded sessions where available; however, viewing recordings does not automatically replace attendance requirements. Students remain responsible for meeting the minimum attendance threshold and completing all required learning activities.
Students may request information about their attendance by contacting the Academy administration or their Programme Coordinator.
Students whose attendance falls below the required threshold may be contacted by the Academy to discuss their participation and may be required to take corrective action to remain in good standing within the programme.
